IEP (Incentives and Earned Privileges)

A scheme in prisons that rewards good behaviour and challenges poor behaviour through a system of privileges. Prisoners can be on Basic, Standard, or Enhanced levels. Those on Enhanced may have access to more visits, private cash, time out of cell, and better paid work. The scheme was updated and renamed to the Incentives Policy Framework.
